Biography

​

After Graduating from medical school with honors and completing his residency in Ekaterinburg, Russia Dr. Privalov has moved to the United States.  He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, Connecticut.  He completed his Nephrology fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia.  Before coming to Kidney Care Physicians, he worked as a nephrologist in Virginia.

Dr. Privalov takes every opportunity to spend time with his patients, helping them better understand their kidney disease.  Dr. Privalov spends time with his wife and two daughters, enjoying outdoor activities, such as hiking, scuba diving, and skiing.
